Cipher 13. 40 Years Evening & Mornings Generate 77 77 77 77 (Ex 16: 28-35)
1. WHO? (16:28) YHWH said unto Moses
2. WHY God was angry? (16:28) How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws?
3. HOW to understand? (16:29) See, for that YHWH hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days.
4. WHAT instruction? (16:29) Let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.
5. WHEN? (16:30-31) So the people rested on the seventh day. Israel called the bread manna.
6. WHERE? (16:31) fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forth from the land of Egypt.
7. WHICH way?? (16:35) And the children of Israel did eat the manna forty years, until they came to the land of Canaan.
Commentary: Moses instructed the children of Israel how to follow YHWH’s laws for gathering and eating the manna and quail, and how to honor the Sabbath day, all that was being given to them. They were to gather a certain omar amount of manna to bake and eat all of it in the morning, and gather a certain amount of quail to boil and eat all of it in the evening. However, on the sixth day they were to gather twice the amount and cook twice the quail to save half for the next day Sabbath. The number generated from manna on the 7th day and quail on the 7th day was 7+7, or 77 every 7th day.
When the children of Israel learned to follow YHWH’s law, the Forty-year Cross of Exodus 16:35 was established on the fourth week, when continuous 4th Sabbaths began to generate 77 77 77 77 for forty years. In the Bible forty is the number for fulfillment for 77 77 77 77, which is also the number of the generations of Israel’s future Messiah on the cross.
