Cipher 36. Call for the Elect through the Cross (Mark 13:26-28)
1 WHO? 26 And then shall they see the Son of man
2 WHY see? 26 coming in clouds
3 HOW coming? 26 with great power and glory.
4 WHAT happens? 27 And then shall he send forth the angels,
5 WHEN sent? 27 and shall gather together his elect
6 WHERE from? 27 from the four winds,
7 WHICH way? 28 from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

Commentary: In this Bible the word, “elect”, and or, “election” occurs 25 times. Elect is a word that refers to predestination of election by God. It holds that God predetermined who will be saved. Those people are the elect. Since they were elected by God, do they need to do anything? According to 2 Peter, the elect must give diligence to confirm their calling:
Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble: for thus shall be richly supplied unto you the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1:10-11)
Giving diligence to make one’s calling and election sure, can come from the one able to SEE and understand the hidden truth of the Cross behind the parables spoken by YHWH God, and Jesus.
And YHWH said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? Or who maketh `a man dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, YHWH? (Ex 4:11)
Jesus warned in Mat 13:12 that if one does not both SEE (behold the Cross) and hear, one will not get an abundant life, and what one has will be taken away. In other words, one gets nothing, when one does not behold the Cross. The one who sees the Cross of YHWH God (Cipher 10 & 11) has no visual impairment, and therefore knows the cross in both sower parables, to confirm his/her election.
